Utilize Temperance

“And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things,” 1 Corinthians 9:25. If you are striving to accomplish health and healing you must practice temperance in all things. Temperance is the most important factor of life and health. The definition of temperance not only includes doing things in right amounts but it is also avoiding those things that are not conductive to good health and life.
